Some regular priced items have a 30 day return policy. Clearance and closeout stock purchases are all FINAL sale, and no refund will be offered on such items. At the discretion of Aviation Clothing.com, some clearance and closeout items may be exchanged based on size, make, or brand changes.

Our items can be delivered anywhere within the U.S. (including Alaska/Hawaii) and Canada. All charges are in U.S. funds only.

In stock items are typically shipped within the 48 states in 5-10 business days from the date your order is received. Estimated shipping arrival time is approximately 10-14 business days after the date your order is processed (Depending on your location and method of shipment).

Aviation Clothing.com and the Aviation Clothing Company does not pay international shipping duties and taxes. All duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility. Purchasing or Donating via this site may also preclude you from receiving a tax benefit from your country of origin.

Sales Tax
Based on the recipient's mailing address, sales tax will only be collected in California at 7.75%.
Returns & Refunds
- Please ead this policy carefully as this is a binding agreement upon purchasing products from Aviation Clothing, effective May 21, 2008.
Customers wishing to return merchandise to Aviation Clothing.com must first contact us via email at: orderinfo@aviationclothing.com. Please include your order # and a brief explanation for the nature of your return.
RETURNS FOR CUSTOMER REASON - ONLY ACCEPTED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY.
All Alpha Industries or Knox Armory returns need an RMA# and will be returned to Alpha in TN. Please call us at 1-714-283-4762 to request the RMA# before returning, otherwise your item will NOT be accepted for refund.
RETURN FOR WRONG SIZE OR CHANGE OF COLOR: If you want to change size or color, you must pay both postage to return the item plus to have the new item shipped to you.
RETURN OF DEFECTIVE ITEM: Any defective items will be replaced postage paid by Aviation Clothing. If you refuse a replacement item, you will be charged a 20% restock fee plus postage to return the item.
Return items that are NOT Alpha Industries or Knox Armory will need an RAVC#. Please call us at 1-714-283-4762 to request the RAVC#. Once we have confirmed and emialed you the number, please mail your return item to this address:

Please include a copy of your invoice and a brief description of the product defect with your returned merchandise. Allow 14 to 20 business days for processing returns.
If approved, you can expect your refund or exchange within one week from the time we receive your return. For credit card orders, please allow one to two statements for your credit to appear.
Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable for any return other than a Aviation Clothing.com shipping error.
